Handy and Harman are getting 5 to 600,000 ounces of silver from International Banking Corporation for delivery San Francisco practically all immediate delivery. Also 391,000 ounces from Chartered Bank for immediate delivery at an Francisco. Latter has also some silver in Nev York and some in Vancouver as to which details not yet available.

promised Banks that they will be allowed to replace silver towards end of November but so far I have not entered into any obligation to replace, United States Treasury states it has no objection to replacement out of dollar silver if necessary,
